@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 but people use them also as a tool for help with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and many more mental/physical conditions that we have no other tool for.
These psychedelics get a very bad wrap because they are powerful and when people dont treat them with respect bad things happen.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 I am not disagreeing with you. I believe nicotine can be helpful. The majority of people use it for a buzz not for an improved health condition.
Psychedelics are viewed in the same exact light.
The majority of people who take them do so at a concert to have a little extra fun.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 So they want to keep a drug that is found within our own body chemistries for the soul reason that it is a psychedelic and that it promotes a higher consciousness. Nicotine while I like the buzz it does nothing to raise you're consciousness.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 I get the whole idea of drugs are not appealing. I believe that psyches are the missing link to ancient advanced knowledge. The third eye (pineal gland) was depicted in various ancient civilizations and it has been proven that the pineal gland is where the human body produces dmt
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 I never considered if nicotine is a medicine. Maybe. Cigarettes definitely aren't but I do know that nicotine is the only stimulant that is proven to release stress so that is a positive.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 We actually agree that consciousness is within us. I am saying that when these substances are taken to explore the unimaginable realm. Don't you ever get even just a little bit old of this mundane existence?
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 You say everything already exists in our imagination and consciousness which is absolutely true. Our brain receptors for these substances are the lock and the psychedelics are the key. The key for expansion of consciousness which you know who does not like at all.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 And everyone should treat them with respect just like every other drug. The substances were put here by God for humans to consume. Who gets to say who does what with their body in a free nation? As long as you aren't drugging homeless people or something you should be allowed to.
@iamlisakirk@wavetossed@newstart_2024 Usefull.
I think people who have mental health issues or family history of it should stay away from these plant based tools.
They are non addictive and if one starts to abuse them you will eventually have a bad trip and that will automatically get you to stop for a while lol.
@Roberto11438892@wavetossed@newstart_2024 That is like saying you do not let your child watch SpongeBob because family guy is too inappropriate.
One is completely unrelated to the other.
