On Dec 6th, we solemnly commemorate the National Day of Remembrance & Action on Violence Against Women. This day marks the heartbreaking anniversary of the 1989 tragedy at l’École Polytechnique de Montréal, where 14 women, many with dreams of becoming engineers, lost their lives.
