Advertising - bonus to have vehicles visible in area.
Taxation - use is a taxable benefit.
Accounting - count on faster vehicle replacement.
Employees - happy/will take advantage.

Watching the NBA last night seemed that it was not so much about the Maverick's dominance, but how the Celtics did not need to win in Dallas, but I think they would prefer to win game 5 at HOME in Boston. certainly the owner would make a few million more in revenue.

@someinsurance Hmm. well should not be 15 minutes. depends how big of a fish you are trying to land. but targeting a niche helps you focus your pitch. Or group your calls that day to common industries. Small companies can be a direct call to the owner. That's if they have a website.
