October marks Black History Month, and we at AlumNI recognise that Black history is shared history, including here in Northern Ireland. We as a society are strongest in unity, and when we recognise the efforts and stories of all individuals.
At AlumNI, we recognise that a classroom cannot function without the dedication and patience of teaching assistants in every school. We want to wish a happy National Teaching Assistants’ Day to all, and we hope you have a wonderful weekend 💚
Peace thrives where respect & understanding grow.
On this International Day of Peace 2025, we reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces of dialogue, acceptance & harmony; for our teams, our communities & our world.
Let’s build a world where everyone feels safe, valued, & heard.

Amelia, our Development Mgr talking to #integratededucation at @NIACfEd: "I believe that cultural exchange is what fosters individuality. I.e. @SlemishCollege's quote of "learning together for individual success" and that extends to multiple parts of identity too.
Opening remarks from @MattGONeill on #integratededucation "...where children can grow up with the social skills to navigate a pluralist society, and is intentional. It is inclusive and rooted in shared values that transcend religious and cultural lines, as well as socio-economic"
