I found this FEARLESS RESPONSE from PROCUREMENT OFFICIALS more PROFOUND. There are still people with integrity. In BLACK and WHITE one Telecom Official from Procurement responded: “ this matter was not run through procurement from the beginning thus we won’t be able to come in at this stage, it is very late”. Am HAPPY to see the evidence of people distancing themselves from CORRUPTION. Those close to the Young SHOUTING MINISTER tell her to THINK TWICE about that DRAFT STATEMENT being Prepared.
