Financing had to link with asset register, which in turn has to connect with custody.

Once this trust layer is in place, given what AI can automate, and how assets and money can move on-chain, we can get down to 'Building Tomorrow's Markets'.

Look forward to sharing the @intainft approach to trust infra, on a panel with @snapdocs

Introducing IntainVECTOR: Structured Finance Intelligence, powered by Ida.

To bring new set of investors to structured finance on-chain, we need to make the asset class accessible. Accessibility does not mean simply listing a token. It means trust, and ability to forecast without a team of experienced modelers and analysts.

It’s our next contribution to democratizing asset-backed finance: building on our work to make smaller deals viable through efficiency and guardrails.

IntainVECTOR brings easy access to traditional statistical approaches, machine learning forecasts and Monte Carlo simulation to investment analysts and managers. Designed for use across asset classes, our deepest initial testing is in #HELOCs.

For sophisticated institutions, it offers another perspective to challenge assumptions. For smaller investment teams, Ida helps bring greater modelling and analytical depth within reach.

Secure documents. Verified data. Automated administration. Financing with Trust.

Issuers and investors attending ABS East or Private Credit Connect East in Miami—let’s connect to discuss what this could mean for your next deal.

There is a painstaking and boring approach to building on-chain finance - automating each step of the lifecycle for trust, that no level of 'tokenize and matchmake' can replace.

[Siddhartha Sid @SidIntain1]

I’ll be at #TOKEN2049. The Morpho-triggered debate puts two RWA challenges in focus:
- transparency beneath the token and
- economics that survive the fee stack.

Intain’s approach: verified asset provenance, ongoing monitoring and AI automation to lower the cost of institutional trust.

Investors, vault curators and infrastructure providers—let’s connect. DM me to meet.

#Transparency > #Trust > #Liquidity (in that order)

[Intain @intainft]

Trust → Efficiency → Liquidity. In that order.

Verify the asset.
Preserve its provenance.
Automate the lifecycle.
Connect the institutions.
Then bring in new capital.

The future of RWA / OnFi isn’t about fancier tokenization structures.

It’s about a tech stack that, in totality, has lower cost and lower risk than the what currently exists.

[Intain @intainft]

The debate triggered by the recent @Morpho post raises a question bigger than any one protocol (which is being unnecessarily vilified - even if that was AI gone rogue, be thankful that a real debate has started) : does the new intermediation stack make financing work better?
For asset-backed finance, the test is straightforward: how does tokenization achieve (a) lower costs, (b) visibility into the underlying assets, and (c) credible access to capital and liquidity.
Tokenization is not the product. Improved terms of financing is.

[Intain @intainft]

Post the issuance backed by trusted asset, we need to connect verified collateral to borrowing-base calculations, eligibility, covenant monitoring and loan-level visibility. The important connection is between the underlying asset and the financing rules: changes in eligible collateral or performance must become relevant to funding availability and transaction controls.

This is where IntainADMIN automates the data pipeline and deal modeling to link to it the investment token

At Intain, need for optimal cost/speed/accuracy combination for asset verification, along with need for zero error flags for human-in-loop reviews meant we always relied on a combination of models including our own.

"AI helped establish the truth of the asset; blockchain preserved that truth and connected it to financing.", said, Intain CEO, @SidIntain1

[Intain @intainft]

IntainMARKETS is built on a two-token model because Asset-backed Finance needs it. Tokenize the asset first, then tokenize financing/investment. It is called 'asset-backed' for a reason, and if there is no trust in the asset, there is no trust in the investment.

[Siddhartha Sid @SidIntain1]

Asset-Backed Finance does not have to accept #Tricolor, #firstbrands and #bankimbrahmbhatt simply as the cost of doing business.

AI-enabled verification combined with a blockchain based asset-register will significantly mitigate the risk.

@intainft demonstrated this in a cross-border receivables transaction.

[Intain @intainft]

We’re excited to share that IntainMARKETS is now live on @OwneraIO SuperApps Platform, bringing Intain’s digital infrastructure for asset-backed finance to institutions across the FinP2P network.

This partnership marks an important step toward a more connected, transparent and efficient market infrastructure for whole loan sales, credit facilities and securitizations. By combining Intain’s AI-enabled diligence, trusted asset register, automated reporting and digital settlement capabilities with Ownera’s institutional interoperability network, we are helping issuers, investors, lenders and ecosystem participants collaborate on shared, verifiable infrastructure.

Together, we look forward to advancing the tokenized future of asset-backed finance.
