@KimHalfyard @Gruesomebrat @ombudsmanTO SSHA approval? I don't think that's the case. The non-city run shelter manages the staffing needs, this is not visible to SSHA. As long as the TSS is being followed, that's all SSHA cares about. Most of those shelters will have minimum in-house and then back-filled w agency staff

@Gruesomebrat This is an option your shelter should have been looking into from the get go when they knew the FP was stacked. Esp if they have hotels, you can insulate in a room until they can figure their shet out.
