We aim to help integrate and rebuild the lives of refugees and third country nationals #IntegrateCoventry
Together we can create a safe haven for all🧡🌏 🇬🇧
Might have been a cold day on Tuesday but our Friendship Group had a painting session at The Herbert Art Gallery led by Bee and Amanda. The group painted flowers using watercolours and oil. We also made sunflower fat balls as bird feeders for wildlife over the winter.
Fazi reads her poem "Poppy Flowers", for which she has also painted an image of what looks like paradise to me-butterflies floating amidst poppies and other flowers-a tribute to those who have fallen in war and a call for peace @BelgradeTheatre@CRMCCov@FWTCov@VACoventry#AMIF

We present to you the product of our partnership with the Belgrade Theatre - 'Reaching Help'.
The 'Reaching Help' group will help migrants understand the process of getting support from organizations across Coventry, whilst providing space for art, tea and biscuits, and convos

Out shopping in the city on a Friday or been to an appointment? Overwhelmed and need somewhere to rest before riding the bus home?
Come enjoy FREE quiet space, fruit tea, a lay down and on the way out chat to VAC staff about volunteering or community social events of interest.
#IntegrateCov observes #October17th, International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, by considering ways we can help those less fortunate.
We acknowledge the suffering of people who have to deal with the consequences of political crises — hunger, violence, and homelessness.
Like its adult version, International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8, International Day of the Girl Child acknowledges the importance, power, and potential of adolescent girls by encouraging the opening up of more opportunities for them.
