Happy St Patrcick's Day!
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.

An excess of external activity can be the pitiful attempt to cover up inward pusillanimity and slothfulness of the heart that springs from poverty of faith, from a lack of hope and of love for God and for man made in his image and likeness.
Do you remember March 2020?
In the midst of the lockdown, distanced, locked in our homes, St. Peter’s Square (Vatican 🇻🇦) deserted, and Pope Francis alone in the rain, with no one allowed due to preventive measures
My God, what they put us through…
"God has created me to do Him some definite service. He has committed some work to me which He has not committed to another. I have my mission.
I may never know it in this life, but I shall be told it in the next. I am a link in a chain, a bond of connection between persons. He has not created me for naught. I shall do good; I shall do His work. I shall be an angel of peace, a preacher of truth in my own place, while not intending it if I do but keep His commandments.
Therefore, I will trust Him, whatever I am, I can never be thrown away. If I am in sickness, my sickness may serve Him, in perplexity, my perplexity may serve Him. If I am in sorrow, my sorrow may serve Him. He does nothing in vain. He knows what He is about.
He may take away my friends. He may throw me among strangers. He may make me feel desolate, make my spirits sink, hide my future from me. Still, He knows what He is about."
- St. John Henry Newman
I don't believe just because I want to.

I experienced it and you can too.
Come to Him, He is waiting for you.

Their role in salvation history fascinates us.
They fascinated Thomas Aquinas too—let’s dig into his ideas🧵
Gospel of the Day (Luke 6,17.20-26)
"Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude and insult you, and denounce your name as evil on account of the Son of Man. Rejoice and leap for joy on that day! Behold, your reward will be great in heaven."
