@dkcrypto13 I'd guess that getting funds returned in whole, not part, removes the desire to sue for most people, and possibly negates that there was a victim, other than loss within held positions, or time/opportunity costs while funds are locked up.

Zooming in to LTF, we hit a pocket of resistance which might pull back for a moment, but SPX is green today so should give fuel for the weekend.
