As 2021 comes to an end, we want to thank our many donors of holiday cards that we gave to nursing home residents. Donors from around the nation sent us handmade cards. Thank you to @ExcellusBCBS , Onondaga County Libraries, and @SymphoriaCNY for all you gave!
Thank you @HueberBreuer for your generous donation which allowed 90 care kits to be made for incoming refugee families. The kits included bathroom, winter, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, cleaning, personal, and baby supplies!
Save the date and join HEP Syracuse & our community sponsors at the “HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS” distribution event Tuesday December 21st 12pm to 2pm. All items will be first come first serve! COVID-19 Self testing will be offered 12pm to 5pm in partnership with @UpstateHealth
I dropped by @OCPL_CNY’s Soule Branch today to support their partnership with @InterFaithCNY to make holiday cards for local seniors. There's still time to join this fun and festive way to brighten someone's holidays!
Thank you to the @CBASyracuse high school students who are participating in our One to One Program. This month they visited Peregrine at Onondaga Hill and made fabric wreaths together for the holiday season! #SeniorServices#AffirmDignity
