Intercomm is an intl. conflict resolution org based in Belfast, as a response to grassroots community concerns about intercommunity conflict/social deprivation.
This case was never about democracy, public safety, or justice.
It’s about the British state using the courts to police culture, criminalise dissent, & decide which voices are acceptable.
When prosecutors keep returning to a case that has already fallen, it raises serious questions about motive, not merit.
Today in London, I stood in solidarity with Mo Chara and Kneecap.
You cannot silence artists, movements, or a people through intimidation or legal pressure.
The more this approach is pursued, the clearer it becomes that freedom of expression is what’s really on trial.
