@MoHU_En This app was working perfectly. So smooth without errors. Recently this app has turned into a nightmare. Slots are not accessible. We cannot add family members from absher automatically.Nothing working. Phone help not working. I have left my number multiple times no call back.

@TelganiCare @telgani مرّ يومان. فريق الدعم الفني لديهم يُقدّم أعذاراً واهية ويدّعي ادعاءات كاذبة. لم يتمّ تقديم أيّ حلّ. لا يسمحون لي بالتحدث إلى أيّ مدير للإبلاغ عن هذه المشكلة. أمرٌ مُخزٍ.

@HBLCare @HBLPak May I know what is the problem with the system. I was using my account for a long time and never had a problem. Just today it started asking for biometrics and it is not verifying. It is asking to visit branch. What can I do? No help is provided
