@MBTA The online process to link the Charlie Card to the Bicycle Cages sometimes takes weeks and sometimes doesn't work. Will this process now be available at the new office?
@DancingDeerCo - I tried to contact your customer service a few times via email and also left phone messages around an order but havent heard back. Is there another email other than [email protected] that I can contact?
After months of not posting, I only came on to comment on what an absolute disgrace the @MBTA is @MayorWu@maura_healey Why is the Orange line last stop Back Bay today, with no MBTA personnel at each station explaining options?
I ask that all of @MayorWu & @maura_healey senior staff commit to riding the train and/or bus lines for 1 month, then 1 week a month for their tenure.
@itakenaps@MBTA@MayorWu@maura_healey There were zero personnel helping people from out of town understand where to walk to. A sign on the internet or every few blocks is incredibly unkind to tourists. We can and should do better.
@itakenaps@MBTA@MayorWu@maura_healey No, because a modern train system should (gasp!) take you from point A to B. Riders should not be putting up with this atrocious service
