Earlier today, customers of Israeli provider Cellcom experienced a ~90 minute #Internet disruption. The provider acknowledged that a "malfunction" affected connectivity, with the impact visible between 07:30-09:00 UTC.

An hour-long Internet disruption was observed in #Benin between 17:30-18:30 UTC. Appears to be driven by a loss of traffic at @BeninTelecoms, @MTNBenin, and @MoovAfricaBenin. Unclear if it is related to the attempted coup that occurred earlier today.

The impact of this @PTCLOfficial maintenance activity can be seen in Internet Quality measurements. Around 08:00 UTC (13:00 local), median bandwidth dropped in half and median latency nearly doubled. A 41% drop in traffic was also observed ~16:00 UTC.

At ~14:00 UTC, @VodafoneUK effectively dropped off the Internet, with traffic dropping to zero. No word from the provider on outage cause, and their network status checker page is currently unavailable.
