There are now two substantial donations to the treasury from @IntersectCPC. What we had left from business interviews and gatherings to build the vision and strategy for 2030 got returned to the ecosystem for future funding. We're working hard on Product Research Initiatives now.

[Cardano Govtool @cardano_govtool]

Good progress on GovTool this week 🚀

✅ TypeScript backend merged into develop — bringing us closer to easier self-hosting and contributions
✅ CIP-179 v5 linked survey linking & voting by @Cerkoryn merged — thank you!
✅ Multiple security and other fixes landed

More fixes and features coming next week. Stay tuned.

[Cardano Govtool @cardano_govtool]

A new chapter for GovTool.

Sireto is taking over day-to-day operational ownership and maintenance of GovTool.

Next: clean up the backlog, simplify local setup, reduce infrastructure overhead, improve contribution workflows, modernize the backend, integrate more closely with the Cardano ecosystem, and launch a Governance Digest.

The goal remains simple: make GovTool the best open-source governance tool on Cardano.

And we want to build that next chapter with the community.

hey DReps,

the @IntersectMBO proposal only has 3 days left.

Intersect supports Cardano’s committees and working groups, has helped bring more than 45 governance actions on-chain and provides administration for projects that need it.

it also supports important technical work across the node, CLI, DB-Sync, APIs, ledger and incident response.

please vote Yes.

🚨Returning unused funds back to the treasury 💰

We're committed to responsible stewardship, transparency, and ensuring treasury resources are used efficiently.

Following approval by its members, the Cardano Product Committee (CPC) will return over 100,000 ADA of unused funds from the previous budget cycle back to the Cardano Treasury.

The funds were originally allocated for local gatherings and business engagement activities. With the supermajority approval by DReps of Cardano's Vision, Mission & Strategy 2030 in January 2026, the core objective of that proposal was successfully delivered and the remaining funds are no longer needed.

---

We also invite DReps to review and consider the CPC's 2027 budget proposal, which builds on the work completed so far and supports the next stage of delivery for the ecosystem.

These research grants are intended to help answer structured questions that can inform Cardano’s long-term strategy and yearly priorities.

The goal is not research for its own sake.
The goal is decision-useful research that helps the ecosystem choose what to do next.

[Cardano Product Committee of Intersect @IntersectCPC]

Cardano is moving into a phase where product decisions need to be informed by evidence, not only opinion.

That means better understanding users, builders, markets, adoption barriers, use cases, and the decisions that could shape Cardano’s next stage of growth.
