@LNRailway 07:19am train Bushey to Euston cancelled again today, and late for the past 2 days, and for 4/5 days last week. The 07:19am is the service you pick on the most BAR NONE. I wonder why. Hmm.
@LNRailway BUT that's a loophole for train companies to not fulfill their obligation to deliver the service they promise at a set time making people perpetually late for work by at least 14+ mins. I'm letting the Rail ombudsman know about this little trick because its totally unacceptable.

@LNRailway 07:19am Bushey to Euston is late EVERY DAY. Virtually empty trains sail past from Tring on other platforms while 100s of people wait for delayed or cancelled trains. When its cancelled or so packed I can't get on your delay repay team refuse a refund. Is this right?
@LNRailway every day this week freight trains are being given priority over passenger trains making your 07:19 Bushey to Euston service late and so packed once it finally turns up nobody can get on. How can you call this a service?
@LNRailway Bushey to Euston service as bad as it can get this morning. 07.19 moved to 07:50, train in between so packed i couldn't get on, I watch 2 EMPTY nw trains wizz past, also 2 large freight trains. SHOCKING service
@LNRailway I absolutely will be charged. That's how it works. The delay repay system should be set up for this, you make it crazily difficult to get a refund for this. Sorry but this is so unbelivably unfair (and frankly immoral).
@LNRailway many cancelled and delays journeys over last 3 weeks. I pay via contactless Bushey to Euston. Your delay repay system doesn't make it clear at all how I can claim compensation. It wants bank statements uploaded. Is making things as hard as possible deliberate??
@LNRailway almost EVERY DAY you cancel the 7:19am from Bushey to Euston. This has been going on for 2 weeks. You SERIOUSLY need to sort something out because it's completely beyond acceptable now. How can you do this to your customers?!
@LNRailway is the severe delays and cancellations to th Bushey to Euston service likely to go on through the week? It's been abysmal for the last 2 days due to flooding. Should we all try to work from home? Being hours late for work isn't impressing my boss
