Almost a third of people in #WalkingCyclingIndex cities said they do not currently cycle, but would like to. The demand is there🙌 We need investment in more safe cycling infrastructure and cycle training to match it.
Active travel isn't just great for the environment, it's beneficial to our health and the economy too. It might not seem like switching your short car trips to a walk or cycle makes much of a difference, but small changes all add up. 🙌
@ClarkeMicah@MailOnline I read somewhere that we are supplying gas to Europe. Problem is wind & solar is unreliable and the reliable forms of energy are of limits because of the green agenda. You cannot make the wind blow on demand but you can turn on coal powered stations if needed.
