Enjoyed a great tall mass timber building tour at @IntroCLE with our @synecdochedesig team and our construction managers for our Ann Arbor project today. 500k sf of residential, 8 stories of timber on a concrete podium. Brilliant design and construction.

@IntroCLE is a 9-story residential building with 297 living units & an integrated shopping center. Almost half of the interior space consists of exposed wood, using glulam beams & supports and CLT BBS floors and ceilings.
