Today I hit 8 years of #intermittent_fasting (16:8, 12 pm to 8 pm). While this has become a lifestyle for me now, IF alone, without physical activity and food discipline, is not as effective (contrary to the claims based on earlier studies on mice).

I stayed around 160 for a long time. For the last year or so, b/o personal circumstance, couldn't keep up with activity (+ larger meal portion, दशैं तिहार 😁) and went back to 180 and now close to 170. So I still advocate IF with emphasis on activity and healthy eating 😀

On IF with physical activity, I went down to 155lb from 180 within a few months (when I started it in June 2018)
Stayed around 160 and now back to 170. That's why I emphasized physical activity in my posts. I stick with IF, activity चाहिँ म्यानेज गर्नुपर्ने छ 😁😁
