The loss of Bill Owen’s, a 37 year veteran of CBS News and executive producer at 60 Minutes, is a huge loss for independent media and the public. Mr. Owen’s departure because he fought for the broadcast and independent journalism is tragic and should be a red flag to all who treasure the freedom of the press.
Trump is obviously pressuring press outlets with litigation. Reportedly, Mr. Owen’s departure coincides with a Trump lawsuit involving its interview with Kamala Harris during the campaign. Also, this program has recently aired enlightening, truthful and unflattering segments on the Trump administration, which seems on hell-bent on retribution.
Not only is 60 minutes in Trump’s cross-hairs, but he is also currently trying to defund public television which provides important and objective reporting on the Trump administration’s actions and policies.
The public has learned so much vital information from the unparalleled investigative reporting of 60 minutes since its inception in 1968. Do not let Trump control the free press and stop the flow of vital information. We will be the lesser for it.
Poor sleep doesn’t just slow you down—
Getting less than 6h/night makes you 4x more likely to suffer a stroke.
It also increases your risk of Alzheimer’s by 400%, heart disease by 20%, and depression by 5x.
But how does sleep actually work—and why does it matter so much?
16-year-old Onofriychuk won the "gold" of the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in the all-around for the first time in her career. And not just one gold, performing very difficult exercises.

@juliansaad00 I appreciate this thread… the cumulative wisdom/authenticity to dig deeper/discover the gold within the shadow… the freedom from distortions and the ultimate power of self-compassion to see things from the nature of our true reality…. A humbling, gritty, courageous journey
You don't actually fear failure.
You fear what failure says about you:
- "If I miss my goal, does that mean I'm not capable?"
- "If this launch flops, am I actually good at what I do?"
- "If I invest in myself and it doesn't work, was it a waste?"
But here's the truth:
Failure doesn't define your capability. It reveals your edge.
Because the only thing failure actually means... is that you tried.
And trying again — consciously, intentionally, courageously — is what makes you unstoppable.
I've seen this play out with founders making 7-figures.
Brilliant minds. Dialed-in businesses. Tight execution.
But one clumsy decision?
Suddenly, the self-doubt floods in.
They don't fear the actual consequences. They question their identity as successful founders.
That maybe they're not cut out for the next level.
That maybe the growth was a fluke.
That maybe their success has an expiration date.
And so they start playing smaller.
- They delay launches.
- They avoid difficult conversations.
- They hesitate to reinvest in themselves.
All to avoid one thing:
Feeling like they aren’t enough.
But here’s the shift:
Failure is not a mirror — it’s a map.
It shows you where your growth lives.
It reveals what still needs to be sharpened, strengthened, and evolved.
And that’s not something to avoid — that’s something to use.
Because the founders who scale with peace aren’t the ones who never fail.
They’re the ones who no longer make failure personal.
They reflect.
They recalibrate.
They re-enter.
And each time they do?
They move with more precision.
More clarity. More conviction.
So if you’ve been holding back because you’re afraid of what failure might “say” about you?
Here’s your reminder:
It says nothing about who you are —
Only something about what you’re learning.
And that makes you dangerous.
Because the most powerful entrepreneurs?
Aren’t the ones who never fall.
They’re the ones who rise smarter every single time.
Keep moving.
Keep evolving.
Keep playing the long game.
You’re not failing. You’re iterating.
5/ The final piece? Self-compassion.
Ask yourself:
• Would you mock their struggles?
• Would you demand they "just get over it"?
• Would you tell a friend they deserved their pain?
So why do you speak to yourself this way? Dr Gabor Mate explains:
But here's what Maté discovered:
If you were truly "not enough," you wouldn't have survived.
Your "flaws" aren't flaws at all.
They're proof of your incredible resilience.
And now it's time to tell yourself a new story.
My Ukraine. My soul. My home.
In recent years we have seen thousands of images of pain, destruction, death and evil... that the russian occupiers brought to our land.
But now, I just want to show you a little bit of peaceful and beautiful Ukraine...
