when asked for cancellation along with items in the same order without mattress no use of that, customer executive said for cancellation I have to wait for a week for even undelivered item. is this sarkari babu office or something under the table for cancellation too?

@AmazonHelp had a connect with social media team they said it'll take another 5 days for pickup, just wondering am I working full time to wait for pickup agent like previous 5 days I must endure another 5 days of no call pickup experience from Delhivery vendor pickup agent.
@help_delhivery Been doing the same for last 4 days, everyday delivery agent either doesn't pick call or blatantly deny pickup.
pathetic service can't even escalate to any customer care. Delhivery should remove such agents from work force.

@dominos_india@dominos@zomato had a very unpleasant order with you. Ordered pizza from Domino's on Zomato and after order is placed Domino's called to say order can't be deliver to the location and I have to collect it half way. Refund was also denied.
