iPhone 15 inventory is becoming available in Australia! Interestingly (but unsurprisingly, given recent reporting), the 15 Pro seems to have great in-store availability, whereas the 15 Pro Max has much more limited stock:

@sndman2004 Gotcha - that's the 49mm Black/Gray Trail Loop - S/M? If you use this model number as your Custom SKU, it should alert you when a unit is available nearby: MQEP3AM/A
