Nurtured by selenium-rich soil and mountain spring water and cultivated through standardized, refined farming practices, these lychees boast plump, crisp, and sweet flesh with a seedless rate as high as 99%. Rich in selenium, they are a signature specialty fruit of Hainan.

The Chengmai animation Village Volleyball—Soaring in Rural China has been selected for the China-Foreign Joint Creation Program, standing out among 13,612 global submissions. It is the only project from the county-level agricultural authorities to earn this honor this year. Inspired by the local “village volleyball” culture of Caicun Village in Dafeng, Chengmai,, the animation is set to be broadcast globally on Discovery.
