Dear friends with access to research paper databases. I have a favor to ask of you.

The Government of India has used public funds (tax payers money) from the Department of Science, Biotechnology and Ayush Ministry for running the SUTRA-PIC (Scientific Utilization Through Research Augmentation-Prime Products from Indigenous Cows) program which claims focus on the scientific validation and commercialization of indigenous cow breeds and their byproducts (like milk, urine, and dung). We know that one such paper from IIT-Roorke under the SUTRA-PIC program that was recently in the limelight had serious concerns of scientific integrity and fraud and a post publication review has been officially asked for: https://t.co/C5cHlJZUas

This is where I need your help. If you have the access, please source the full published papers that were part of the SUTRA-PIC program and kindly send me the full paper + supplementary documents to my email address - theliverdr(at)gmail(dot)com

My team would like to do an extensive and exhaustive post publication peer review on these papers to understand if there are consequences of public fund wastage on such programs. We need to stop "positive outcomes" fraud pseudoscience papers from infiltrating good scientific sources.

I have been spending most of my non-clinical hours looking at the Modi government's public funded published studies on Cow-based product research that are published in pre-clinical journals [thank you to everyone who sent me those full papers].

I am truly dissapointed to notice that most of these publications have been poorly peer-reviewed. I do not know how they got through such journals of repute.

Various papers from 2025 and 2026 from BITS Pilani, IIT Dhanbad, IIT Varanasi and IIT Roorke have clear evidence of fabrication, data falsification, data misinterpretations and duplications.

The IIT Roorke cow-urine paper is now under active investigation (see pic below).

I believe more will follow, once official notifications of concerns are sent to each journal's integrity office.

This is public (tax) money spent on fraud and deception to uphold a whole pseudoscience industry in India. Shameful.

Doctors (of all people) need to embrace evidence and scientific rationale for the public. There is no safe level of alcohol. Even the lowest level of consumption can increase risk of 7 types of cancer.

Good morning! Just got to know this!

1/2 A whole government Ministry is unleashed on me - because I speak against unscientific practices and primitive traditional healthcare that can harm, I communicate scientific information for public and patients alike.

This was an official memo released during the Ministry of Ayush meeting on 12-6-2026 fully dedicated towards shutting down my social media presence.

Imagine - the people in this meeting were eating biscuits and drinking tea, paid for by the citizens of the country - to decide how to gag and shutdown a citizen doctor who educates people on medical science via social media.

Yesterday, my Instagram account was briefly hacked, but I got back control and removed unauthorized access within an hour.

The Article 51A(h) of the Indian Constitution outlines the fundamental duty of every citizen to develop a "scientific temper, humanism, and the spirit of inquiry and reform". Added during the 42nd Amendment in 1976, this non-justiciable directive promotes logical reasoning, critical thinking, and rationality.

The Ayush system is not scientific, it kills scientific temper, it does not promote the spirit of inquiry, it lacks logical reasoning, has the deadest version of critical thinking and none of its products and practices are rational.

The only thing that needs to be shut down, is an unscientific body like Ayush that goes against the Indian Constitution and wastes public tax money... and not me.

Also, please look closely at the person at the end, who is copied to, by the Ministry. His name is Vaidya K P Manikandan and he is the owner and founder of CNS Ayurveda Hospital, where children are treated for chronic conditions such as severe mental health disorders, autism and epilepsy (please see an official release from the hospital in the next post). One such victim of his was saved by my team (we reported it: https://t.co/eXeWt2n6N7) and he put a criminal defamation case against me and the authors (for publishing a scientific peer reviewed paper!) which was later "stayed" by the High Court of Kerala.

This has nothing to do with service to patients, but everything to do with protecting the business of alternative medicine (especially Ayurveda). These low life complaintants should be ashamed.

I don't know whether you remember.

I was one among the first to repeatedly raise to government existence of both STT and long term capital gains are terribly unfair for investors. This goes against the commitment given in the parliament that STT was introduced only in lieu of capital gains tax.

More than domestic investors, this hurts FIIs more. Adding salt to the injury, long term capital gains were further increased in 2024.

I would have posted dozens of tweets in this regard tagging both Prime Minister and Finance Minister.

As always, BJP IT cell started personally attacking me that I don't want to pay taxes. How many ever times I explained the logic, that many times or more I was personally ridiculed.

For many reasons including our government apathy, FIIs are only net sellers for last many years. In parliament, we ridiculed FIIs stating that retail investors are good enough for us and FIIs are exiting a great market called India.

I pointed out how even countries like Singapore and other developed nations give importance to FII money. BJP trolls said FIIs are losing opportunity to make money out of the greatest market in the world.

Even if we are greatest, this arrogance is unwarranted. Arrogance would ensure we don't remain great.

Now we are trying to see how to conserve forex by avoiding destination weddings, foreign vacations and so on.

The elephant in the room is billions of dollars flowing out of the country every month due to FII selling. Instead of trying to address that major issue, we are focusing on overseas trips by a small percentage of Indians. Misplaced priorities.

Our finance minister still do not the feel the need to call FIIs for an open meeting and address their tax issues and other concerns.

We are absolutely tone deaf.
