@Verizon can you please explain how you can charge some one a tax in multiple states when i only live in 1 state? I go in the store and the people that work for you cant do anything about it i must call customer service?! Can i work for you so i can tell customers the same?

@VerizonSupport I’ve been through the ringer with Verizon hours on the phone each time and each person say they handle it but the same issues keep coming up. I am glad to say i will not be a customer of this company anymore. And will NOT recommend to ANYONE. #VZ

@ATT Please comment and share your thoughts if you have had the same issue when having issues woth your bill. They always seem to come back and never get resolved. I assume they hope to eventually charge you and you pay for it and never notice which is BS and why “AUTOPAY SAVES MONEY”

@ATT verizon has been the worse choice i have made. Today when i went into the store there was another customer that left and switched to ATT 🎉. They also charge me for FOX ONE i said i don’t want never signed up for but yet they charge me.

@ATT @Verizon @VerizonSupport this is an ongoing issue. For the whole year i was with verizon i have spent countless hours each month woth verizon to fix the phone bill which is total BS. I call they put notes in give me credits then the next month they back at it again charging me.
