@Sergei1544 @M_PaulMcNamara I'm half way though. Ruchir likes meaningless statistics, like "20 out of 30 countries under dictatorships that grew above 5%, etc. etc..", I'd rather have deep dive into each case (historical perspective to see what's gone wrong/right).. Otherwise, Okay.
