What happened
FundingTicks has announced a full wind-down of operations, citing a strategic decision to reallocate resources and exit the business with discipline and transparency.

What’s affected
All active evaluations and Master accounts
• All live funded accounts, regardless of P&L status
• Pending live transition accounts

Refunds & payouts (as stated by FundingTicks)
• Active Evals & Master accounts:
100% refund (profit/drawdown status irrelevant)
• Master accounts (profit target met):
80% reward split if trading objectives were met
20% reward split if profit target was met but objectives not yet met
• Live accounts:
In profit: refund + 90% reward split on realized profit + 20% of initial live balance
At breakeven: refund + 20% of initial live balance
In loss: refund only (no reward split)
• Pending live transition:
refund + 20% of initial live balance

Timeline & support
Refunds, rewards, and account handling are stated to be already underway
• Support remains available until 31 January
• Traders are advised to check their dashboards for account-specific details
