Obviously deatched properties in suburb area will be impacted. Look at Thornhill wood/Vaughan. There are still properties selling way above listing price..

I'm waiting for crash as well but I guess I still need to wait a bit more.

@Tablesalt13 People say the housing market will never collapse and will only go up. I tried to tell them what happened in 2008, and they say it's different this time. Housing prices will only go up, lol. What do you guys think?
