LA LUCHA SECTARIA QUE ATACA Y DISTORSIONA LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR.
Parte I: Universidad pública y la autonomía de la USAC.

Derivado de la elección a rector de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala -USAC-, diversas acciones constitucionales fueron presentadas y la Corte de Constitucionalidad, constituida en Tribunal Extraordinario de Amparo, emitió resoluciones que han sido cuestionadas por algunos actores y pocos han salido a explicar con fundamentos, en qué consiste lo resuelto. Trataré de aportar ideas concretas con el objetivo de apoyar a los ciudadanos a generar su propia opinión, pero contando con bases legales que les permitan un criterio racional (proceso intelectual basado en la lógica, la objetividad y la evidencia).

1. LA IMPORTANCIA DE LAS UNIVERSIDADES PÚBLICAS Y ENQUISTADOS VERSUS SECTARIOS.
Las universidades públicas en América Latina son las instituciones que contribuyen con el desarrollo científico de la sociedad, su importancia es relevante y, en el caso de la USAC, su relevancia aumenta cuando la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (1984-1986) le confió, a la única universidad estatal, participación en la estructura jurídica y política del Estado, lo cual también se desarrolla en diversas leyes, convirtiéndose en espacios valiosos para la academia, la ciencia y la investigación que fueron dignamente ocupados por los mejores representantes de la Universidad (Sancarlistas), pero, pero, pero lamentablemente, también fue aprovechado por actores o grupos que han ido cooptando espacios con diversas finalidades, actores que no han entendido que su tiempo en la Universidad ya caducó (enquistados) y lo peor: sujetos y políticos de ideologías desfasadas (sectarios) que quieren tomar control de la Usac, incluso respaldados desde el gobierno, llegando al extremo que vemos a diputados oficialistas usando sus cargos y poder para influenciar de forma descarada en las elecciones de la Usac.

De todos es conocimiento que en la Usac existen algunos sujetos de grupos o sectas que la han utilizado como centro de adoctrinamiento, activismo ideológico, plataforma política y hasta generadores de ODIOlogía; pero lo anterior tiene una particularidad: Las sectas NO habían necesitado ser las máximas autoridades, pero su ruta cambió, decidieron que querían tener la rectoría, por si lo duda les dejo unas pistas en forma de preguntas ¿Por qué desde 2021 la estructura criminal transnacional se ensañó contra personeros y profesores de la Usac? ¿Por qué la lucha espuria e insensata entre enquistados y sectarios por tomar control de la rectoría en 2022? ¿Por qué cerrar el acceso a las instalaciones de la Usac en 2023 afectando a miles de estudiantes? ¿Por qué enquistados y sectas luchan en 2026 para tomar control de la Usac?
