The public didn't open restaurants. The public didn't do victory laps at 1200 cases.

Did racialized people living in cramped housing working in deregulated unsafe workplaces vote for this? Many of them are new immigrants.

@GrantAllison I am too. They aren't full on deniers (thank god), but they certainly aren't taking it as seriously as I do. That is scary for me as we all live in the same household.

1/12 Some of you who have already been vaccinated may be unaware of how legitimately terrifying this third wave is for many of us who haven't. Since the pandemic started, I never believed for a second that we were all in the same boat, only the same storm.

These are just some of the ways you can help keep everyone safe. Have some respect for those of us who are maybe so far in the dark that we are not able to see "the light at the end of the tunnel" that many others claim to see.
