Game changing for the team and game changing for demining in Ukraine. Most mech clearance machines are well outside most organizations’ reach, homegrown tech has made the difference.
It’s been a big month for the “Zmii” in Kharkiv in support of our partners. On a good day (when we have favorable conditions and no FPVs) it’s covering about 1 hectare of land! The more support we have, the more land can be unlocked. You can support the team at https://t.co/iWZMludyCc or directly on GiveButter at https://t.co/dRLqcMYOww
to keep the machine in the field!
We often get asked about what kind of tools we use, and we are beyond fortunate to be supported by some great companies that make top-of-the-line EOD / IEDD / Demining tools, including mine probes, operator hook and line kits, and mine keys and anchors. Our colleagues in the industry should definitely check out:

#detonationtechnologies
#quadrant2criticalsolutiona
Exactly HOW and where we use them we generally don’t show, but just know they are getting put to good use!

@Invictus_GR ‘s locally-led team is fully engaged in mine action support activities right now, as I type this. Your contributions and will be felt immediately.
If nothing else, please engage with and share the post. It costs nothing and is greatly appreciated.
We are proud to share that our #Rovertech “Zmiy” Ground Robotic Clearance System has been hunting landmines in critical areas in the Kharkiv Region the last couple weeks.
All of you that helped get this demining machine in the field should share in the pride as your support is saving lives every day. We will be sharing more about this project soon!
If you want to support the machine and the team in the field, a little bit goes a long way! https://t.co/eOG4LUlGWQ
Today is the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, so with this, conflicts don’t end when the last bullet is fired. People and communities only return to some sense of normal once everything has been cleared. So I want to thank everyone and follow
Today, April 4th, is the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action. It is a day to raise awareness about landmines, explosive remnants of war, and the need for assistance in clearing them. Declared by the @UN General Assembly in 2005, it focuses on protecting civilians, supporting peace, and supporting victim rehabilitation.
Thank you all that have supported us. To support this work, click here: https://t.co/eOG4LUlGWQ
Today is the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action. It is observed every year on 4 April. This day was designated to raise awareness of the dangers of land mines and explosive remnants of war, as well as to promote efforts to clear contaminated areas and assist victims.
The @Invictus_GR team works every day to reduce the risk of explosive hazards and allow people to reclaim their land and their lives. We cannot do it without your help. As we move into spring, the work mounts. We urgently need help to keep the momentum going and donations are appreciated. https://t.co/Tw4ZJCZtCh
The kind of support that comes in from around the globe is such a boost to the team. Thank you to all that keeps the mission going day in and day out. Want to play a vital role in keeping EOD and demining operators safe? Donate here: https://t.co/3mkcac54Q6
A huge thank you to Steve at @eodgear for donating a MED-ENG #EOD9 suit and helmet to our training facility in Kharkiv.
This suit will greatly enhance the kind of training we can provide to units and other demining organizations.
The IGR Ukraine team is wrapping up a busy March and preparing for an even busier April. We have received multiple requests for EOD training, explosive hazard awareness training for NGOs conducting humanitarian missions, and operator/maintenance training on commonly used detectors, including the Ceia CMD.
If your organization is looking for training, reach out to us. We can host organizations at our facility, or can provide a mobile training team.
