Me interest and threatening to take me to collections…all for something that I didn’t do and reported literally as it was happening. I will absolutely be closing all my accounts with you as I have no faith or trust left for such an institution.

@cibc I was a victim of fraud in Nov. and you failed to investigate it properly, instead threatening to send me to collections for an account I did not open. When I called you back to report again it you said you’d look in to it again. April 17 I received

When I exclaimed you had been less than helpful I was hung up on (for the second time I might add). Any guess what I just received in the mail today….PROOF from you that you guys did in fact move that fraudulent account to a personal loan and are charging

Imagine your bank account is hacked, new accounts opened in your name, just to have @cibc send you letters threatening that you owe them over $600 and they’re seeking further action against you…was literally on the phone with your fraud dept while these accounts were targeted.
