La actitud de @OmioGlobal e @iryo_eu es, simplemente inaceptable y la calidad del servicio es, por decir lo menos, miserable. La calidad de un servicio de transporte no se mide cuando todo va bien. se mide en las crisis y estas dos compañías dejan mucho que desear .

El servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Trenes cancelados y ni una sola notificación, ningún correo, ninguna comunicación indicando acciones a seguir.

Un correo de Renfe me alerta y me dicen que tengo que hablar con Omio...

Ni un solo indicio de que el tren había sido cancelado. No de parte de @COmioglobal ni de parte de @iryo_eu . Más aún en la oficina de @iryo_eu simplemente me dijeron, el dinero se le devolvió a @OmioGlobal y ellos se lo deben haber devuelto. Y me indicaron que me fuera a Renfe.
