The fastest path to $5k/mo with AI is not a $10k retainer.

It is one skill sold to one niche.

Pick the offer closest to what you already know:

1. operations background
AI workflow setup
$400-$600 setup + $200-$400/mo

2. marketing background
content system for coaches
$800-$2k/mo

3. research background
competitive intelligence reports
$300-$500 each

4. consulting background
proposals and pitch decks
$300-$1.5k each

5. creator background
video scripts
$75-$150 each

Weekend plan:

Saturday morning:
pick one skill

Saturday afternoon:
build one working example with Claude

Sunday:
write one paragraph offer

Monday:
send 5 messages to people already in your network

$5k/mo is not a skill problem.

It is 4-10 clients, one clear offer, and enough reps to stop sounding unsure.
