Mumbai 1993: The Van & Rubina Memon

Police found a Maruti van packed with grenades and weapons. It was registered in the name of Rubina Memon, who lived in Mahim. This RDX-laden van was linked to Tiger Memon's sister-in-law.

Rubina Memon was arrested. The entire Memon family was chargesheeted. The case was investigated fully. The vehicle ownership was treated as direct evidence... not dismissed with a ghost buyer story.

In 2008 Malegaon, a vehicle registered to a woman = bail, elected to Parliament in 2019, charges dropped under the current government.

Same fact pattern. Completely different outcomes. The question of why answers itself.

Muslim woman Guljahan from Saharanpur, alleges that malaria inspector Dharmendra Singh Pal converted her in 2011 on the pretext of marriage. She claims he later abandoned her and their two children and threatened them. She has sought protection from the DM and CM.

This photo was taken in 2006 by Stephanie Sinclair. She named the girl as Ghulam Haider. Even the most ill informed expert on Afghanistan will tell you that Ghulam Haider is exclusively a male name.

This scene was created by Sinclair, this wasn’t during an engagement or during a marriage party. Sinclair told them to sit there on that cushion, with that curtain in the background, and then she took the photo.

She then made up the story, made up the names (couldn’t even come up with a female name), and then spread the news far and wide for her own personal selfish interests + aligned national interests.

She then received big awards for this photograph, because it supported the American occupation’s pretext of saving Afghan women from brutal savage Afghan men.

She was also involved in the Parwana debacle of 2021, where she helped setup a fake marriage between a man and his niece (who was a child). She then went and “saved the girl” from the evil men that were trying to destroy her, and got international coverage for it, mainly because now, their NGOs were saving helpless women from evil Afghan men after the military solution failed.

Her organization is called Too Young to Wed (TYTW). As of 2026, they are still operating in Afghanistan, but keeping a low profile.

Assam Threw Two Women Into Bangladesh... Court Pulled Them Back.

Both were fighting citizenship cases in court.

Both got arrested suddenly. No papers given. No family informed.

Both pushed into Bangladesh in the middle of the night. Just GONE.

So he used his power to punish a helpless woman instead.

Called it "Malice in Law" — meaning it was deliberate. Not a mistake.

Ordered Assam govt to pay ₹ 2 lakh each.

Ordered MEA to find both women in Bangladesh and bring them back.

If a person can be detained, denied an order, pushed across the border and only later a court says the process was wrong, then something is deeply broken.

But ₹2 lakh cannot repay months of fear, separation and humiliation.
Accountability must go beyond compensation. Those responsible for denying a fair process must answer too. 💔

Assam's tribunals have declared 1.3 lakh people as foreigners in just 4 years. Many had no proper hearing. No fair chance.

That is not justice. That is a system eating its own people.

Husband Kills Wife With Iron Rod Just 45 Days After Court Marriage

Asma converted to Hinduism and become Sapna and left her family to marry Mason Gajendra Shankhwar.

Just 45 days later, during a domestic dispute over some issues, he struck her head with an iron rod. She died during treatment. Gajendra called police himself after the attack. He is now in custody.

Farhana/Sangeeta (22) from Bulandshahr was strangled and her face smashed with heavy rocks to hide her identity, at a deserted spot near Mora Temple in Mehndeepur Balaji.

The alleged killers: her boyfriend Gajendra Meena & his aide Vivek both now arrested.

Gajendra had married another woman just six weeks ago. Farhana kept pressing him to marry her. To escape the pressure, he and Vivek lured her to the temple on the pretext of a religious visit, strangled her, then crushed her face with stones before dumping the body in bushes.

She had been married twice before... first a nikah in Aligarh (divorced), then changed her name and married to a Hindu man in Dibai (also separated).

बताया जा रहा है कि गजेंद्र की करीब डेढ़ महीने पहले ही शादी हुई थी, इसके बावजूद वह फरहाना के संपर्क में था। शादी के दबाव से परेशान होकर उसने अपने दोस्त विवेक के साथ मिलकर कथित तौर पर हत्या की साजिश रची।

आरोप है कि दोनों युवती को मेहंदीपुर बालाजी दर्शन कराने के बहाने राजस्थान ले गए, जहां उसकी हत्या कर दी गई। मामले में पुलिस ने गजेंद्र मीणा और विवेक को गिरफ्तार कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

78-YEAR-OLD ACQUITTED IN SEDITION CASE AFTER 33 YEARS

An NIA court acquitted Mohammed Naeem, 78, in a 1993 sedition case, saying prosecution evidence had major gaps and failed to prove the charges.

Police had accused him of raising anti-India slogans and hoisting black flags in Gorakhpur on Republic Day that year.

A key witness said the crowd had already left before police reached the spot. The main complainant was never questioned in court. The second investigating officer never even visited the crime scene.
