NEW BLOG POST: The Black Prince Northampton Accessibility Review - An accessibility review of The Black Prince in Northampton from my visit there to see @WillVarleyMusic in January 2026. Check out the new review below ⬇️ https://t.co/2FJYAH7MLY
Tickets and accessibility sorted for @JamieWebster94 at @O2InstituteBham main room in September! Check out my accessibility review for the venue below ⬇️ https://t.co/5XPCxDHmYT
@chloeetucker Could be they’ve blocked your IP of your phone because they think you’re a bot. That’s what happened to me it turns out. I’d contact them if you can through the live chat
Thanks to @Tanni_GT Local council across England will gain new powers to introduce wider pavement‑parking restrictions
Ensure walkways stay open + accessible for disabled people + others who rely on clear routes, while still allowing exemptions where appropriate
@WandFCouncil
@FlannelChonies People do care though. Read the timeline.
If this isn’t something that is publicly normalised, it won’t encourage others to be brave and verbal about their identity. So it’s important to be spoken on
Meanwhile, if you REALLY don’t care … then just shut up? Lmao
Tickets purchased for @CageWarriors Amateur Academy 1 at @BowlersMcr in June! Check out my accessibility review for the venue below ⬇️ https://t.co/s1r3ZovlP7
Well thank fuck I’m on this train until last stop because I’m currently blocked in the wheelchair space by luggage and some kind of folded e bike scooter situation that’s been plonked over my footplates so I can’t even raise my damn foot.
People being getting on my NERVES today
@jenkins_helz@BCCletts And I am a sdisabled woman travelling alone. As loud and assertive as I am, today I really didn’t feel like putting myself at the mercy of a man who could verbally or physically attack me if he took umbrage at what I said (because let’s be honest that could be the result)
@BCCletts Oh i know who both items belong to, it’s by the fella in front of me who looked me dead in the face + then just dumped his shit like i wasn’t there and turned around. I could kick off and get him to move it, but i can’t be arsed with aggro. I’m only 15 more minutes on this train
i think if you (not op but in general), as an able bodied individual, are so offended by the presence of individuals who use wheelchairs or mobility aids and them occupying the same space as you, maybe you should hop off twitter and do some reflection because thats weird
Boarding the bus back to the station, driver was putting the ramp out and some guy was stood there sighing and huffing and doing the ‘hurry up’ hand motions because the doors were closed while the ramp comes out so he can’t board.
Gotta LOVE boarding a bus as a wheelchair user. Few stops later a lady with a pram tries to board but can’t because I’m already in the space
Cue the entire bus staring at me like I’m Satan incarnate for daring to travel
That doesn’t make me feel like a shitty burden at alllll

@MkPillion74 Thanks! My main concern is this stonker of a step out front according to their Google Maps. Even if the ground floor is wheelchair accessible, if there’s no way up that step I’m screwed
Anyone have any accessibility info on the Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes (or technically Wolverton if we’re being pedantic)?.
Hoping to attend a gig there but there’s no access info online and they’re not picking up the phone either
Hey @EventimApollo , any idea when you’ll be reopening your access bookings line, considering you’ve decided to shut it down ”due to reasons beyond our control” ?
My disabled self would quite like to book some tickets to a show please and thanks
