This Indian system is rigged . Like I had booked a 2nd AC seat in 12140 because of my INICET exams which gave me a centre that was 1000km away from my residential address . Kudossss!!!! I had to book a emergency ticket for this place and this 2Ac ticket gets confirmed to RAC with
