There's enough crumbs to say she's trans, there's also enough room for interpretation to say he's a femboy or they're nonbinary.

So, your options are have some semblance of security amd be part of the problem, or save money for potential medical expenses yourself, which is scary

Housing is an annoying issue but you should talk about your local government to stop cockblocking the building of houses. Even if you succeed, it will be years before that is handled.

It was nice if you knew your letters, even better if you knew how to read, but it wasn't expected. That is a relatively new development, and it's nit like a memo was sent out.
