@Ruby_Actor Youth participation programmes. A lot of the time people don't get cast is because of their look. Look too old, too young, don't fit with the director's image they had in mind. Keep going. You have talent and the right opportunity will arise.

@ginowilson_ Have a look at some of the tv extra agencies they often have an actors and modelling section. Boss casting and industry casting in Manchester are good and there is lots filmed up here.

@geordiecat2012 @MichaelT1979 @MattSBone @Strickomaster How do you retain supply teachers if you don’t pay them a decent wage? Supply pay has not gone up in 20 years on day to day . On some day to day post in primary requires planning and marking. Supply is a highly skilled job. Often having to teach in challenging circumstances.
