@RockstarSupport I’ve been unable to access RDR2 on Steam for a week due to an old Social Club account linked to an inaccessible email.
Ticket ##36304152
If unresolved soon, I may escalate via the European Consumer Centre. I’d prefer to resolve this directly.

@RockstarGames @RockstarSupport hey guys , I’ve opened a ticket with support over 30 hours ago and still haven’t received a reply, ticket #36304152 . Is @RockstarSupport still a thing or not? I bought RDR2 from @Steam but cannot play.
