@Cheergosqueen4 Tbh as a person that never wears rings but does wear necklaces I think that's kinda cute. But I think it sucks that the people on the podium don't get any small banners or different medals. So second and third place walk out with the big banner to hang in the gym, the (1/2)
@bobcheermascot cause most teams from here are getting to the US for 1-2 weeks prior to them competing to practice there, account for jetlag etc., so you have to make sure that everyone is able to take that time off of work. Plus you need to make sure that you can get the flights, everyone has
@wowzowee I have never had Olipop so idk what it actually tastes like but I feel like some of the people under this post are just in need of trying a German marvel called "Apfelschorle"π

A part of me thinks I should retire after this season, but I don't think I'm ready for that. This season I kinda made my childhood dreams come true, so it would be a good ending. But I feel like I'm just gonna keep doing it for as long as my body, time and bank account allow it
@tealslipstream of cheer, but they still get paid and it's so weird that gyms in the US are run for profit and make the sport so extremely inaccessible. It still costs more than many people can afford here but especially if you're not on a worlds/summit teams it's so much more affordable (3/3)
@tealslipstream luxurious as some of those gyms are, but we probably are one of the biggest gyms in the country and have experienced coaches and a gym that has spring floor etc. and is only used by us, which definitely isn't a given here. Granted, our coaches don't make their living off (2/3)
