This guy gets it. Card games are better when there is less variance, that’s why I’m shuffling a deck of cards in a random order and drawing a random selection of them
@Degen_Poster@GrimArtsTCG Games usually over by turn 7 and with 30ish% of a deck being land/mana fixing you’ll miss 1-3 land drops. That’s expected, with magic you don’t only have what you play this turn, you have all the value you’ve gained on previous turns. Turn 4 isn’t 4 mana worth of stuff, it’s 6-8
@blubball I believe that is 100% the issue. It’s unintuitive to make your deck like 1/3 “cards that don’t do anything”, but once someone tells you the statistics of it (or premade deck) it’s super fun to deck build
@lucentile I’m a casual play of magic and I find that actually makes it easier. Everyone is laughing at the greed hand and your friends will target other people since you aren’t a threat. Game will end fast with the more targeting on other players and you shuffle up and play again
@GrimArtsTCG It’s not hard to get 2-3 lands in a starting hand and not make a deck with exclusively cards above 3 mana cost. You’ll get to play, just a matter of how strong the start is
@LionOhDay I do understand that, thought it was a funny reply. With a London mulligan and decent land fixing it’s not hard to draw into enough mana for 3ish turns and you’ll have an engine up by then. Plus the times when you cook it for a greed hand are funny
Autistic women absolutely do this, as far as we know autism is more common in men so if you see it more that’s likely why. 2nd it’s not a controlled response so they do it to everyone. Family, caretakers, friends, people who’d be around them while they’re overstimulated
Is it possible to tell someone how you feel without making it awkward? I know I cant be with them but just holding the feelings inside definitely isnt good for me. id rather keep the friendship even if it means I gotta suffer until I can get over them. Slade vs fleet on Julesvale
