I saw that they had to pay 32k of legal fees first and that the assets of everyone but lexi were frozen.

Very good start but we need some prison time for all 3 of them and the reimbursement of all funds to initial minters.

Update on our class action against @BONEHEADS ☠️

Over the last several months the @BONEHEADS team has attempted to get the Mareva Injunction placed on them lifted to access frozen funds while pursuing “damages” against me for bringing forward this case.

Today, I’m happy to share that we received a favourable decision to uphold the Mareva Injuction order while recognizing the possibility of fraudulent representation.

While this may seem trivial, this judgement is quite extraordinary as it sets precedent for future litigation related to NFT scams or rugpulls within the Canadian legal system.

Some things to note:

- Boneheads has yet to demonstrate how they have used $3.5M (CDN) of customer funds despite claiming they have spent over two years developing this project.

- Mareva Injunctions are incredibly rare and can only be upheld if there’s potential of irreparable harm.

- This is the first case in Canadian law that recognizes NFT “rug pulls” or “slow rugs” by a Provincial Court Justice.

Although we have yet to receive a final decision, this is a positive first-step towards achieving justice for thousands of victims impacted by the actions of the @Boneheads team and bad actors in the space.

I want to thank @cryptohaib for his trust and tireless work pursuing this case with me when nobody would give me the time of day, @zachxbt for bringing light to this situation over a year ago, and everyone that submitted an affidavit regarding their experience.

I’m incredibly proud of the work we have done and excited to see this through until the end.
