@CreditCardsInd Some understand while some increase the items cost to cover it.

About 50% of the store are saying you have to pay while the 45% are hiding it in items cost so customer think they are not paying.

While remaining 5% are understanding the situation.

I got a message on 27th Sep saying I have booked gas refill through Hp pay app 1/5

@HPCL @hpgasservices Out of 12 subsidised in a year one was used by hp gas distributor with customer knowledge. I need this matter to be investigate and get me report from the point the book was done to the point who made payment and who took the delivery and where exactly is my gas receipt now??

@HPCL @hpgasservices and investigate the matter. How can a booking be made and a delivery completed without the customer's knowledge or authorisation?

Also i tried asking the distributor but they all are shifting blaming from one person to another even to the delivery person! Claiming they did it.

@poojaofficial5 You are not worng infact you did the right thing tbh, trust me I have seen a lot of relationship/friendship get ruined just because of money.

She might be angry or idk sad for now but as time goes she will come back.

If she genuinely need then it's your call.
