Password or Passkey?
Passkeys let users sign in with the same biometrics or device authentication they already use, eliminating the need to create, remember, or reuse passwords. They’re also resistant to #phishing because there’s no password for an attacker to steal.
If your new application still defaults to usernames and passwords, it may be worth asking whether passkeys belong on the roadmap.
