@LauraRBelin @IowaLSA @IAGovernor Let's say the private company gets 10 percent. That's almost $35 million – a lot of money. I would bet the vendors are donating to Reynolds and lobbying the Republicans to get a piece of the action. It's the privatized medicaid-ification of education.
