@Allbirds So disappointed. I have several pairs/styles over the years. Recently bought two pairs. One came with a defect but customer service denied my request for an easy fix. Have to return my newer purchase - lack of respect for loyalty and loss of customer service.

@IconParkingNYC Astonishing how poor ICON Customer Service is. Beware! Don’t trust parking in their garages or RISK losing property being stolen from your car. Worst part is their Customer service is horrible! Gave them so many fair opportunities! Loyal Customer means nothing!

@Staples Purchase in November. Barely used HP PC has failed. 4 attempts to get assistance and support and multiple calls to Staples Support all result in long waits, lack of answers and eventual disconnections by Staples Support Team.

@Staples As a loyal and long term Staples Business Customer can not be more disappointed in the purchase of a computer and the Customer Support that Staples has offered. Seems clear to me and I must let others know... DON'T TRUST STAPLES!

@IconParkingNYC Thanks! I will hold out hope someone cares!? It’s Very frustrating. I’ve called 3 times - over more than a week, but no one has returned my calls or assisted. Dissapointing to have to work so hard as a customer who had an item stolen from my car by an Icon parking attendant
