A salute to the freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the Iranian Resistance, and respected dignitaries who stood in New York and raised their voices clearly and forcefully against the presence of representatives of religious fascism at the United Nations, and did not allow the executions, repression, and crimes of this regime to be concealed behind the regime’s deception and demagoguery.

With the slogan, “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Mullahs’ Leader,” you demonstrated that the people of Iran want neither a religious dictatorship nor a return to monarchical dictatorship. The Iranian people’s demand is for a democratic republic based on the separation of religion and state and on gender equality.

به مصونیت مسئولان جنایت علیه بشریت و نسل‌کشی پایان دهید.

عفو بین‌الملل در گزارش ۱۱۰۰ صفحه‌ای ثابت کرد که سرکوب قیام ۱۴۰۱ مصداق بارز جنایت علیه بشریت است و ۸۷ تن از رهبران و مقام‌های رژیم را جزو مسئولان این جنایت شناسایی کرد. مصونیت جنایتکاران ۱۴۰۱، آن‌ها را به جنایت بزرگ‌تر در ۱۴۰۴ تشویق کرد.

هیئت حقیق��‌یاب سازمان ملل نیز سرکوب اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ را مصداق «جنایت بین‌المللی» خواند.

پیش از این، در ۱۴۰۳، گزارشگر ویژه ملل متحد با یک بررسی عمیق اعلام کرد اعدام‌های دهه ۶۰ و قتل‌عام ۱۳۶۷ مصداق جنایت علیه بشریت و نسل‌کشی است و خامنه‌ای و دیگر سران رژیم را مستقیماً در این جنایت‌ها مسئول شمرد. مصونیت آن جنایتکاران باعث شد که جنایت‌های بعدی، از جمله در ۱۳۹۸، ۱۴۰۱ و ۱۴۰۴، کلید بخورد. این یکی از کم‌نظیرترین مصونیت‌ها بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم است.

همچنان‌که گزارشگر ویژه و دیگر مراجع ذیصلاح اعلام کرده‌اند، جامعه جهانی باید یک سازوکار ویژه برای تعقیب مسئولان این ج��ایت‌ها ایجاد کند، شورای امنیت پرونده را به دیوان عالی بین‌المللی کیفری ارائه دهد و کشورهای عضو، بر اساس صلاحیت جهانی قضایی، جنایتکاران را محاکمه کنند. هر روز تأخیر، جنایت دیگری علیه بشریت به دنبال خواهد داشت.
