Iran attaches great importance to the SCO and similar multilateral arrangement, which represent a vital force for genuine multilateralism in an era when aggressive unilateralism, breach of inter-state agreements and unlawful use of force are badly undermining the foundational principles of the rule of law and the UN Charter-based legal order.

لقد صرّح قائد القيادة المركزية الأمريكية (CENTCOM) براد کوبر صراحةً بمشاركة عدد من الدول الأعضاء في مجلس التعاون والأردن في العدوان العسكري الأمريكي ضد إيران. وإذا كان هذا الادعاء الأمريكي مجرد كذب، فإن ذلك يستدعي من هذه الدول أن تدحضه بشكل رسمي وشفاف.

وفي ظل هذه المعطيات، وحينما تمارس إيران حقها الأصيل والمشروع في الدفاع عن النفس بضرب القواعد والأصول العسكرية الأمريكية القابعة على أراضي هذه الدول، فإن التساؤل عن "دوافع إيران" لا يعدو كونه استغفالاً للمنطق ومحاولة تضليلية لا أساس لها.

لنكن واضحين: إن حالة انعدام الأمن والحرائق المشتعلة في المنطقة هي نتاج حصري للعدوان الأمريكي الإسرائيلي المستمر ضد إيران.

إن توفير هذه الدول لأراضيها كمنطلقٍ لتسهيل العدوان الأمريكي، يجعلها شريكةً فيه بحد ذاته بموجب قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة رقم 3314 (المتعلق بتعريف العدوان)، كما يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لمبدأ حسن الجوار والمادة 2 (الفقرة 4) من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

إن ممارسة إيران لحقها المشروع في الدفاع عن النفس ليست إلا خطوة ضرورية لاستعادة الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة بأسرها.

Do Not Commit War Crimes for Anyone; citing superior orders to justify war crimes does not absolve the perpetrators of criminal liability.

The U.S. ruling establishment intends to sacrifice whatever remains of international humanitarian law and the foundations of human ethics and civilization to its insatiable appetite for war and slaughter.

A policy that calls for the destruction of bridges and power plants is manifestly unlawful and criminal. It constitutes reprisal and collective punishment—both of which are explicitly prohibited as war crimes under international humanitarian law and U.S. domestic law alike, specifically under 18 U.S.C. § 2441 (the War Crimes Act). There is no statute of limitations for these offenses. The Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Department of Defense Law of War Manual make it unequivocally clear that service members have both a legal and moral duty to refuse manifestly unlawful orders.

Iran stands firm and resolute against lawlessness and the flouting of the law.

The repeated U.S. attacks and threats against Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities not only constitute a flagrant violation of the core principles of the UN Charter, international law, and the relevant resolutions of the IAEA Board of Governors, General Conference, and UN Security Council, but also reveal the United States’ deep-rooted enmity toward Iran’s scientific progress and technological development.

Iran’s nuclear activities have been fully declared to the IAEA in accordance with its safeguards obligations. Washington’s obsessive focus on Kolang Kouh where no nuclear activity is taking place is nothing more than a fabricated pretext for aggression, destruction, and sabotage.
By the way, where is the Director General of the IAEA, who is also a candidate for UN Secretary-General?
The Iranian people stand resolute and united, ready to confront with full strength any act of U.S. hostility or violation of their country’s sovereignty and national security.

The Chabahar Maritime Surveillance Tower — a civilian facility dedicated to maritime safety and navigation — was deliberately targeted by the United States on 16 June as part of its ongoing aggression that began on 28 February. The U.S. Secretary of War proudly released footage of the tower’s collapse.
Had he been able, he would likely have broadcast the lethal missile attack on the #Minab school and the massacre of civilians in #Lamerd with the same chilling pride.
Last night, the U.S also attacked power facilities and desalination pumps at the Bunji village pier in Jask, leaving more than 10,000 people without access to drinking water.
For a State that once cast itself as the global champion of order, liberalism, and the war on terrorism, proudly displaying images of destroyed bridges and civilian infrastructure has become its only remaining “victory.”
Yet with the collapse of every bridge, every tower, and every civilian facility, it is not merely steel and concrete that is being reduced to rubble. It is America’s moral standing — along with the entire architecture of international law and the civilizational claims of the West — that is crumbling before the world’s eyes.
The question that must now be asked of America and its allies is stark and simple: What is the real difference between what they have done in Chabahar, Minab, Lamerd, and Jask, and the very acts of terrorism they once invoked to justify their wars and occupations?
